Jay is an amazing coach, I achieved more with him in 1 yr than I was able to do myself in 15yrs. He is very particular about form to avoid injury. One of the many things I learnt from Jay was that you could eat anything you want as long as you have planned for it, which was a refreshing approach having always thought of foods being good or bad. I reached out to JP a few months before my wedding day. I saw his profile from a colleague of mine and was amazed by the changes that he had helped her achieve. Jayesh took the time on our initial phone call to find out more about me and my lifestyle. He wanted to know exactly what my goals were in terms of fitness and what sort of time frame I was looking at. After our first conversation he formulated a workout and food plan that I would be able to start with. He always ensured it was things that I could easily fit into my already hectic lifestyle. From the get go he was encouraging and proactive and always checking up on my progress with weekly reports of what to change in terms of technique and what was and wasn’t working for me. His advice was always easy to follow and implement. It was small changes which allowed for a lifestyle adjustment and mindset for ongoing fitness and not just a quick fix. He helped me lose 6.3kg in the build up to my wedding. This meant that I felt strong and confident in my wedding outfits. I began feeling more empowered to continue onwards and felt that I had more energy generally and was sleeping better with the changes that he had brought in. When I had to get my outfits tailored to fit smaller closer to my wedding events I could see the physical difference that had been made. A big turning point for me personally was being able to share my mum’s sari blouses which is not something I had been able to previously do. The advice he gave also had a positive impact on my family’s lifestyle, it meant I could explain his views to them and why training and building muscle to become stronger was important. With lifting weights I could feel my posture improving and my previous backache reducing as it strengthened. Looking back at photos from the wedding day I honestly couldn’t be happier with how far JP had helped me to be at my strongest. JP is a lovely, motivating and professional PT who I would recommend to anyone who is ready and willing to make lifestyle changes to improve their health.

I spent 3 months doing online coaching with Jayesh. By the end of the 3 months I had become more confident with going to the gym, more confident with using different equipment but most importantly it got me into a good routine and taught me how to eat healthier. I used to find going to the gym a chore something I had to do but now it’s something that I want and love to to do. Jayesh was always on hand for any questions and really put in time to make the coaching personalised to my goals!

I used PTBYJP to help educate myself on the right way to do things. I've used gyms and diets in the past with mixed results but found Jay's plan and focus really helped me to get results. He gave me lots of tips on working out correctly which really helps regardless of what activity you are doing. I wouldn't say the plan was easy but it was certainly achievable and the support along the way helps stick to that. Would def recommend if you are trying to get to the better you

I trained with Jay for around 2months and i couldn’t be more happy about the results, -13lbs! I was pressing more kg than my bodyweight on the leg press which i never thought its possible. He made training enjoyable and he was also very motivating. I most definitely recommend him 🙂

I came to PTBYJP after a bad experience with a previous trainer. Having suffered from bulimia, body dysmorphia, restricting and binge eating in the past as well as through lockdown I wanted to lose weight safely and use exercise to feel good within. Since starting with Jay I have managed to gain a better relationship with eating, not hide in baggy clothes and have help with PCOS. The meal plan is one that I can stick to and it's not some crazy diet, he took into account my dietary requirements. He isn't one of those trainers who only helps clients during the sessions, he helps even outside of sessions. Definitely keeping him as my trainer

Jayesh is a committed personal trainer, he understood me very well and provided me a tailored program based on my lifestyle and commitments. He helped to me to understand the meals I ate, nutritional facts, techniques for each type of exercise, staying focused and working towards my goal, etc. He is a friendly coach and keeps me motivated!
